Ever wonder what Mastodon covering Metallica would sound like?
We will get the answer to that on September 11th, as the heavy-hitting Atlanta based band will be releasing a new collection titled "Medium Rarities." Along with the Metallica cover, it will also feature covers of Feist and The Flaming Lips alongside live songs, instrumentals and this brand new song "Fallen Torches" featuring Scott Kelly from the mighty Neurosis.
