It’s not exactly an ideal time to release an album, as the band had to unfortunately delay and cancel their immediate tour alongside Testament and the closure of all unessential businesses makes it difficult for fans to purchase physical copies of it.
All that considered, vocalist Trevor Strnad seems to be taking things pretty well. He’s stoked about his new album and when I chatted with him just two weeks ago, he was eager to talk about some of his favorite current death metal bands, the idea behind the special boardgame version of the album, his “Big Four” death metal bands of all time, how he’s staying busy during quarantine and much, much more.
