AC/DC's former frontman Bon Scott passed away 40 years ago, but his legacy lives on in the band's home country of Australia.

On Sunday, March 1st, it's estimated that 150,000+ AC/DC fans gathered in Perth on Canning Highway, also nicknamed the 'Highway to Hell', to honor the late rocker. This was part of the final day of the 2020 Perth Festival, where bands played atop flatbeds and other floating stages while fans sang along. Eight bands in total played a 6-mile parade route to pay tribute.

The first weekend in May, fans will gather in Bon Scott's birthplace of Kirriemuir, Scotland for Bonfest with Seattle's own Problem Child being the first American tribute band to be invited to the celebration.
