Ahead of Everclear at The Crocodile tonight, I feel just like a "Local God" after chatting with frontman Art Alexakis!

Sorry for the Romeo + Juliet soundtrack pun... but in all seriousness, can that song PLEASE be on tonight's setlist??

Connecting with Art today was a true pleasure for a myriad of reasons, one being that he lives with Multiple Sclerosis and does a TON of work with the National MS Society, including donating $1 from every ticket sold on this tour back to the fight against MS. All the more reason to be there this evening!

We also chatted about the song "Sing Away", which addresses bullying and suicide awareness. The music video is extremely raw and emotional, where Art's daughter Arizona, who has been bullied herself, stars as the girlfriend.

This evening's show at The Crocodile feels almost like a homecoming show, considering how much history the band has with Seattle. Well, minus that one time Art got the worst haircut of his life in our fair city, resulting in the cancelation of a photo shoot... He tells the full story in our interview!

Everclear celebrates 30 years on this tour, and marked this occasion with Everclear - Live At The Whisky A Go Go, which was a venue they'd never played until its recording in December 2022. The album also features a new studio recording called "Year of the Tiger", so be sure to snag it wherever you get your music!

See you tonight at the show, Rockaholics!!
