When our communities come together to create a space filled with hope, we continue to end the stigma of talking about mental health.
Open to the public and free to attend, the 3rd Annual CRH Memorial Suicide Awareness Event exists to provide support and ultimately save lives, so mark your calendar for August 19th at The Mill on Lake Stevens to join the movement co-hosted by Only7Seconds.
One of the highlights of the event will be the Lotus Run, which features 10k, 5k and 1 mile courses. Registration is open now!
There will also be a Cornhole Tournament with registration details coming soon, hosted by Upper Left Cornhole, so find a partner and stay tuned for more information!
On top of these fun ways you can participate in the event, you'll be able to check out food trucks, hang in the beer garden, shop local vendors, engage with powerful speakers and more!

Our Community has been greatly affected by suicide. The pains stretch deep and wide within our neighborhoods, schools and businesses. Through physical wellness, community support and fellowship, we KNOW we can make a meaningful change in our community, one stride at a time.
