BIO:
Green Apple Quick Step's origins are in Tacoma, WA. but their story is foundational to the early 90’s wave of Seattle bands that changed the world.

Out of the ashes of Inpector Luv and the Ride Me Babies, the two guitarists Dan Kempthorn and Steve Ross, along with singer Tyler Wilman recruited bassist/vocalist MariAnn Braden as the secret ingredient, and later, powerhouse drummer Geoff Reading to get propel them to the next level.

Signed to the Warner Bros subsidiary Medicine Label, they put out two successful records “Wonderful Virus” and “ Reloaded”. In 1997 they moved over to Columbia and recorded their third major label release, the masterpiece, “New Disaster”.

They toured the world over and their live shows are known for high energy, and complete unpredictability from their incredible front man. The magic of MariAnn and Tyler’s vocals together is both haunting and exhilarating, while Dan and Steve play guitar as one giant swirling harmonic wave.
