Sun Crow is a heavy rock band from Seattle. They conjure the old spirits of high volume rock into a blackened take on classic doom. Veterans of gritty and intimate live music venues in the Pacific Northwest, Sun Crow have brought a moody onslaught to Ripple Fest Texas, Planet Desert Rock Weekend, Rain City Doom Fest, and Cloudbreak Music Fest. The debut album Quest for Oblivion surprised the heavy underground, topping the Doom Charts in a plague-ridden winter and brought them into the Ripple Music family and a worldwide distribution of their bleak grooves. They delivered a funereal take on the deep cut Toy Box for Magnetic Eye's Best of Soundgarden Redux. The guys are currently following a dark and gloomy monster on molten riffs in a daze of doomed psychedelic blues blasting out from a moss covered ruin.
