Rochester, New York based death metal band Undeath is one of the fastest rising bands in the American underground music scene. After releasing their crushing debut full length album "Lesions of a Different Kind" at the height of the pandemic, they embarked on their first full U.S tour as openers for a heavyweight package including The Black Dahlia Murder, After the Burial and Carnifex.
The band is gearing up to release their second album - "It's time to Rise...From the Grave" via Prosthetic Records in April, so I caught up with vocalist Alexander Jones to chat about the making of the album, their quick rise to success, the importance of coming from a DIY background, Chris Barnes' comments about his Knotfest roundtable appearance and much more.
