As you’d expect, rocker Wolfgang Van Halen had quite an interesting playlist when he got married to his longtime girlfriend, Andraia Allsop, during a ceremony at their home in L.A. over the weekend (October 15).

Aside from the usual wedding favorites -- their first dance being to Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes" -- the couple made sure to mix it up on the dance floor by including a little metal mayhem from Meshuggah on the night’s wedding playlist.

Speaking with People before the ceremony Andraia said, “When I talked to our DJ, he was very excited about our vision... The one thing that I want, I want Wolfie to have his moment of one of his favorite bands, Meshuggah.” TRUE. LOVE. FOLKS.

Wolfgang added, “I think to anybody, to the non-informed crowd... it would probably just sound like death metal. Anyone over 40 will be terrified. But you know what? It’s my wedding and I’ll do whatever I want.”

They slowed things down for the ceremony, with Andraia walking down the aisle with her father to Dean Martin’s “Everybody Loves Somebody.”

Wolfgang, with his mother, Valerie Bertinelli, walked the aisle to an instrumental written for him by his late father, Eddie Van Halen, called ‘316,’ -- as “a nice way to include my dad,” Wolfgang explained.

Congratulations to Wolfie and Andraia on the major milestone.
