No matter where you stand on the Crocs debate, there’s no escaping it, they’ve been making a comeback and it’s time to just accept it. We might even dare to say, 2021 is the year of Crocs.
Having rocked them for what seems like the better part of the past year and half, no one knows this better than Diplo, who’s taken things one step further and is officially in the Crocs business.

That’s right, following successful collaborations with Post Malone and Justin Bieber, the iconic footwear company has teamed up with Diplo for a psychedelic-themed collection, that dropped on June 8, and only one day later is already sold out.
Conceptually wanting you to join him in taking a walk on the weird side, the Diplo x Crocs collaboration features a pair of two-strap yellow sandals with blue and orange paint swirls, as well as a trippy take on the classic clog featuring psychedelic swirls of blue, pink, and yellow — both featuring custom 3D glow-in-the-dark mushroom Jibbitz.
If it hasn’t already been made obvious, Diplo is a confessed Crocs devotee. And as no stranger to rainbow tie-dye both the link up and the final product make complete sense, without making any sense at all - if that makes sense.
“I wear my Crocs literally everywhere so I’m stoked to have some with my name on them and that others can get them too,” said Diplo in the products official press release. “Crocs helped me bring my adventures to life with these designs and the 3D, light up and glow-in-the-dark mushroom Jibbitz charms are cooler than I could’ve imagined,” he added.
