Even the Backstreet Boys can't avoid the pains of old age.

Maybe we should start calling them the Backstreet Men now.

The group recently sat down with Entertainment Tonight and got candid about their careers, including how they just can't perform some of the choreography that made them famous like they used to.

Howie, 48, said "They hurt more!"  A.J., 44, added, "They don't hurt as much in the moment," which prompted Kevin, 50, to chime in saying, "They hurt later that night!"

Howie also added that something as simple as dropping down to their knees is now difficult "cause we can't get back up."

Kevin explained, "We used to be in a standing position, drop to our knees and then -- with no knee pads on -- and then pop right back up.  We don't do that anymore. We don't do kip-ups anymore, when you're laying on your back and kip-up. We don't do splits anymore."
