A mom is catching a lot of heat on TikTok after she posted a video of her five-year-old son enjoying his birthday party, which was held at Hooters!
In the clip, the boy is seen smiling while a gaggle of waitresses sing “Happy Birthday” to him, though the comments criticize the mom for “forcing sexualized stuff” on him.
Per the New York Post, one person wrote, “Who TF is taking their child to Hooters [especially] on his birthday,” and another added, “Bro, he’s five. What’s he doing in Hooters? Great mom and dad.”
A number of folks, however, approved of the birthday celebration.
One person commented, “This is so adorable. A memory he will never forget,” and another supporter wrote, “Little buddie is living the dream.”
One jokester even commented, “The day little Tommy did not want to play video games no more,” to which the kid’s mother inked a string of laughing emojis.
