Kansas City, MO - Hy-Vee has recalled several versions of cheesecake over concerns it may be tainted with salmonella.

The Iowa-based grocery chain has pulled cheesecake made with Diamond Crystal Brands mix from its shelves.

The cheesecake mix is sold in eight and 32 ounce packages with 'best if used by' dates ranging from December 6th, 2018 through January 11th, 2019.

Hy-Vee advises its customers to dispose of the cheesecake and return to the store for a full refund.
