Independence, MO - Nancy Kerr, a mobile wedding officiant based in Independence, will be featured in a commercial for Head & Shoulders shampoo that will air during the Super Bowl.
Just a few months ago she officiated both of the wedding ceremonies for Royals' catcher Salvador Perez, here in Kansas City and down in Florida.
When she got the call about the commercial, Kerr thought it was a scam at first.
Head & Shoulders had reached out wanting to feature her and her company KC Weddings 2 Go, along with two other companies around the country, in its "headstrong" campaign that will air Sunday night, February 3rd, during the 53rd Super Bowl.
The commercial was shot in and around downtown Independence.
