The rainy forecast is causing some alarm for people who live along the Missouri River.

People in Lewis and Clark Village are still cleaning up from the flood in March. Signs of the disaster are still evident, including corfields that remain under water.

Heavy rain and storms are in the forecast for Wednesday and Thursday.

Paul Cavert said he and his wife are living in an RV, at least for now. He is among the residents who wonder why the Army Corps of Engineers is not doing a better job of managing the flow of the river from the north.
