Kansas City, MO - A major road project is likely to cause headaches for a lot of Kansas City drivers beginning Friday morning.
The Missouri Department of Transportation is making changes in connection with its South Loop Link project to update bridges and Interstate 435. The work is part of Phase 2 of the overall project.
The far right lane of east bound I-435, between State Line Road and Wornall Avenue, will be closed Friday morning. The east bound on-ramp to I-435 from State Line Road will also be closed. The east bound off-ramp to Wornall Avenue will also be closed.
