KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Missouri Tigers are heading back to Arrowhead Stadium.

The University of Missouri announced Tuesday that they will play next year's Battle Line Rivalry game, against Arkansas, on November 29, 2020.

MU Athletic Director Jim Sterk said the game will be on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

"This exposure helps bring other people to our games at home in Columbia," Sterk explained.

Mizzou hasn't played a game at Arrowhead since 2011, when the last Border War rivalry game was played against Kansas.

Sterk added that the agreement with the Chiefs was for two games, and the second game will be played by 2025.

The Tigers are four and one against the Razorbacks since joining the SEC in 2012.
