KANSAS CITY, Kan. -- Hugo Villanueva-Morales, the second suspect in the mass shooting at the Tequila KC nightclub in Kansas City, Kansas, has gone through the extradiction process and has been booked into the Wyandotte County Jail.
Villanueva-Morales was arrested Wednesday by the Michoacán State Police in Mexico. He had been hiding for more than two months after two men walked into the nightclub and opened fire on a crowd of people, killing four and injuring five.
24-year-old Javier Alatorre was arrested in Kansas City, Kansas shortly after the shooting and remains in the Wyandotte County Jail.
The men are charged with four counts each of first degree murder.
