Young starts by sharing about how he was one of the only Country stars to attend the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade this year amidst the pandemic. “It was a super cool and bizarre experience all at the same time,” Brett begins. He adds, “all the way from the beginning of the process which was, obviously the COIVD testing process, but there were a handful of really cool things that came out of it. One of them being that the viewership was so through the roof.”
With Brett’s first big headlining tour, the Chapters Tour, being canceled before he could finish all of his scheduled dates, the artist wants to ensure that he makes it back to some of his favorite cities, particularly New York. Brett smiles as he tells us, “I’ve never once played a show in New York where I didn’t stay for like four more days even though I didn’t have to.”
