If you thought Chase Claypool's Week 2 performance against the Broncos, in which he went for 88 yards and a touchdown, was his breakout performance, then hold on to your hat.

The Canadian rookie, who was selected with the 49th overall pick of the 2020 NFL Draft, absolutely eviscerated the Philadelphia Eagles' secondary to the tune of 110 yards, three receiving touchdown and an additional score on the ground. In doing so, he joined Jerry Butler (1979), Frank Jackson (1961) and Harlon Hill (1954) as the only rookie receivers to ever record four touchdowns in a single game, which is also the Steelers' franchise rookie record (via Pro Football Reference).

He started off his scoring explosion with an end-around touchdown in the first quarter.

His second score was much flashier, coming over the middle and involving some winding and weaving through the helpless Eagles' secondary.

He completed the hat trick in the third quarter on a screen inside the red zone.

The final quarter brought on his final touchdown, putting the icing on the cake for both his day and the Steelers' eventual victory. While it was undoubtedly impressive, even I could have made that catch given the horrid coverage from Philadelphia.

Claypool's four-touchdown effort was impressive even after his first two scores, as he joined some exclusive company after his second touchdown.

And yes, he joined Franco Harris... not James Franco.

The only other Steelers with four-touchdown games were Roy Jefferson (1968) and Ray Mathews (1954), putting Claypool in another exclusive group.

The sky's the limit for the Notre Dame product.
