Veteran wideout DeSean Jackson has caught touchdowns passes from a whole lot of quarterbacks — see the whole list for yourself.

While he played for some greats and loved many of them — even considering Michael Vick one of his childhood idols as he was growing up — there's one guy he didn't play with that dominated the NFL throughout Jackson's career. And though many of his NFL colleagues came to hate that quarterback, Tom Brady, and his New England Patriots for their unprecedented dynastic run of success, Jackson admired them for it.

"I went golfing yesterday and I bought some glasses and [they] actually had the logo of the Patriots on [them]," Jackson said on the latest episode of BroBible's "Endless Hustle" podcast. "It's crazy, you know, because a lot of people do hate the Patriots but I never really had a hate for them because, for me, I respect greatness. I feel like Tom's one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game, like he's really the GOAT for me.

"You know, I wish I would have played with a guy like Tom Brady."

It's hard to define "a guy like Tom Brady," because there are so few, if any, legitimate names that can live up to that comparison. But it's fair to say that no matter who Jackson was catching balls from, be it Donovan McNabb, Michael Vick, Carson Wentz, Kirk Cousins or Jameis Winston, none of them were quite on the level of Brady, Drew Brees or Aaron Rodgers as a passer.

And if there was any one player Tom Brady might have wanted throughout his time in New England in a consistent role, it might have been a devastating deep threat like DeSean Jackson to join Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski throughout the 2010s.

"Y'all dynasty was obviously one of a kind, so you know, shoot, I can only imagine what it'd have been like if I'd have played there," Jackson said. "To play with Tom Brady and catch passes from one of the greatest ever... it's crazy."

It's safe to say that Brady is enjoying his new surroundings in Florida, as he is headed to his 10th Super Bowl in part because he is now surrounded by not one, not two, not three, but four legitimately dangerous targets in Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Antonio Brown and Rob Gronkowski. And don't forget about Scotty Miller!

The hosts also asked Jackson what quarterback in the current NFL, besides Brady, he would most like to join forces with, and his answer makes complete sense.

"I'mma return the question to you," Jackson said. "Who do you think I would say right now?"

Duh.

Super Bowl LV should be a fun one for Jackson to watch — perhaps a tad vicariously.
