Did this 'hit' on Baker Mayfield warrant a roughing the passer penalty?

Everyone loves Baker Mayfield's hilarious postgame presser quotes, and Week 16's Browns-Jets officiating crew seemed to want to keep him in tip-top shape so that he could supply us with more TLC lyrics, "The Office" references and odes to Ricky Bobby.

How did the refs accomplish this? By giving him a roughing the passer call that, according to practically every armchair referee on Twitter, didn't really fit the bill.

The Browns needed that call, too, considering they were trailing and are currently trailing the Jets by 10 points, as of halftime. However, it didn't help the offense out that drive, as Mayfield was sacked for a nine-yard loss two plays later and punted at the conclusion of the drive.

But you don't see the Browns complaining over the call. The offense is depleted enough, considering Jarvis Landry headlined a massive group of wide receivers who could not play due to COVID-19 and contact tracing protocols.

What do you think? Roughing the passer or no call? And if you don't think it warranted a call, does it really deserve the title that Breer bestowed upon it: "the worst roughing the passer call of all time?" We have received a solid amount of entries for that exact category this season... maybe it's something for the ESPYs to consider as a yearly award recipient!
