Kevin Durant has high praise for Nets teammate Joe Harris, who has established himself in recent years as one of the NBA's most lethal long-range bombers.

Durant even thinks Harris might be as good a shooter as his former Golden State teammates Steph Curry and Klay Thompson -- the vaunted Splash Brothers, owners of three NBA titles.

Durant, the host of The ETCs podcast, dished out high praise for Harris during a separate appearance on Twitter on Thursday, along with Clippers center DeMarcus Cousins.

“Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson are the best shooters I’ve played with," Durant said. "Joe Harris is definitely right up there, getting there.”

Harris, 29, is shooting a career-best 48.4% from behind the arc, and averaging 14 points per game in 30 minutes. His previous high-water mark came two seasons ago, when he shot 47.4% from long range.

Curry is a career 43.3% shooter from deep, averaging 8.4 attempts per game. His career best in a single season to date was 45.5%. Thompson has shot 41.9% from deep for his career, topping out at 44% in 2017-18.

Harris' flirting with making nearly half his deep shots is apparently more than just an interesting tidbit. The Nets' offense has rated out as far more potent with Harris on the floor, according to Colin-Ward Henninger of CBS Sports, to the tune of nearly 6 extra points per 100 possessions.

The Nets' Big Three have scarcely played together since James Harden was acquired from the Houston Rockets, but already the impact of the additional superstar appears to be paying dividends for Harris.

There might not be enough shots to go around for all of them once they're healthy and playing together regularly, but the Nets would be wise to see to it that the 2019 Three-Point Contest winner -- Curry came in second place -- gets his looks.

Durant seems to be aware of this.
