Lizzo is gearing up to make a few full-figured dancers and models’ dreams come true. The three-time GRAMMY winner is developing a show for Amazon Studios with the goal of finding her “dream team of beautifully talented big grrrls.”

Back in August, Lizzo secured a first-look deal with Amazon to develop several shows, so we know this is the first of many. In the announcement, she expressed, “I’m so excited to partner with the amazing team at Amazon [...] I can’t wait to get started and share my vision with the world." The head of Amazon Studios, Jennifer Salke stated, “Lizzo is one of the most exciting, creative, joyful artists in the industry, and it is such a pleasure to announce this new deal with her. She has such a unique perspective and we’re so excited to hear her ideas for new content that our Prime Video customers are sure to love."
The unscripted series is currently untitled, but the casting announcement details that Lizzo is "looking for full figured dancers & models who have for far too long been underrepresented and under-appreciated." Furthermore, "here's your chance to twerk it out on world stages and stomp it out on the runway for the adventure of a lifetime. Come as you are and be sure to bring good energy— and that a**."
However, before you take that leap of faith, here are some terms. You must be 21 years old by next January and must legally be able to live or work in the U.S. by Summer 2021. Otherwise, no spilling secrets from the set and you must waive the right to sue. Lizzo will serve as executive producer and the show is currently casting.
