If you don't want to hit the fried food drive-thru they're setting up at the State Fair of Texas, you can still get your corny dog fix this year.
Fletcher's Original Corney Dogs has announced a deal to sell those dogs at any of the Golden Chick restaurants around town, starting today and running through the end of October.
It's the first time Fletcher's has done this since the 1980's when it had its own chain of restaurants.
This will help make up for a huge financial hit. Ordinarily, Fletcher's would sell more than a half a million corny dogs during the State Fair of Texas.
