The mother-daughter duo have penned an original song called “Cover Me in Sunshine" to spread some cheer amid troubles times and with hope it “puts a smile on your face.”

After its initial TikTok debut earlier this week, Pink announced the her collab with daughter Willow, is officially out now.
Before its official release Pink posted a video briefly explaining the inspiration behind the songs conception, saying that because this past year has been "at times, terrifying, challenging, tumultuous and angsty," she finds comfort in music and singing with her daughter and her son Jameson, jokingly adding, "It's a little different when he does it, though,” and something about his future in a metal band, probably referring to his rendition of the song, which she also shared on TikTok.
Afterwards Pink went on to say, "We have this song called 'Cover Me in Sunshine' that we recorded at home because it made us feel happy. And so we're gonna put it out, for no other reason than that we hope that the song makes people happy.”
We can sense a theme here, and it if it wasn’t obvious, it’s being happy. And after listening to their track, it’s kind of hard not to be. Seriously, give it a try, check out the joyful and sunny song and music video below.
