Did Lil Wayne’s endorsement for Trump get him dumped? Well, honestly we’re not entirely sure. Rumor is that Wayne’s girlfriend, model Denise Bidot, decided to break up with her beau following his enthusiastic endorsement of Donald Trump last week.

According to outlets, the model reportedly confirmed the break-up with an Instagram story that read, "sometimes love just isn't enough,” before unfollowing Wayne and then deactivating her account. In addition, as reported by E News, a friend of Bidot confirmed the break-up, saying Denise was "disappointed" and "shocked" over Lil Wayne’s political views.

Even though Weezy no longer follows Denise as well, he hasn’t outright confirmed or denied the break-up. He did however break his silence with a cryptic tweet, saying, “I live the way I love and love the way I live. I'm a lover not a lighter bekuz they burn out. I am an eternal fire and burning love, either leave with a tan, a 3rd degree burn, or stay and die in love. You’re sweating. Sincerely, the fireman.” I’m sorry, what?

Other swirling rumors claim that Bidot maintains that the reports of Wayne’s support for Trump leading to the end of their relationship to be "absolutely false.”

In conclusion, we’re as unsure of this break-up, as we are about that tweet. Here’s hoping their love is in fact burning on.
