ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis Police say the triple shooting happened after 9:00 Saturday night on Bircher near Ruskin and Interstate 70.
All three victims were inside a car, police believe they are all related.
The 9-year old died from his injuries, the 10 year old is listed in critical condition and a 32-year old man is in stable condition.
Police spokesman Mitch McCoy says the suspect appears to have fled in a car, so they are asking residents or businesses in the area for surveillance video.
At this time, police do not know what the motive for the shooting was.
