KANSAS CITY - A 43-year old Missouri man is facing numerous statutory sodomy, child enticement, and sexual misconduct charges.

Christopher Moriarty of Imperial is accused of committing these acts against five victims, ranging in age from 12 to 14. The probable cause statement says the victims provided graphic descriptions of the sexual acts that allegedly occurred between June 1st 2024 and March 24, 2025 at Moriarty's home.


Moriarty is charged with four counts of Enticement or Attempted Enticement of a Child, three counts of Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child Under 15, three counts of Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Statutory Sodomy – Deviate Sexual Intercourse – Person less than 14 years of age, one count of Child Molestation Third Degree – child less than 14 years of age, one count of Statutory Rape or Attempted Statutory Rape First Degree – Person less than 14 years of age, one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child Creating Substantial Risk First Degree, and one count of Possession of Child Pornography. Moriarty is being held without bond.
