Kansas City, MO - Another strong blast of Arctic air arrives as a fast-moving snow system moved through the region Wednesday night into Thursday.
Temperatures are expected to fall below zero in both Kansas and Missouri while others will see a temperature drop into the single digits.
A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect into Thursday afternoon.
Warmer temperatures are forecast to return by Friday and into the weekend.
