Arrest in fatal bike hit-and-run in St. Louis

KANSAS CITY - St. Louis Police say they have arrested a 29-year old woman who allegedly struck and killed a bicyclist at Gravois and Bamberger last week.

Police credit the public with providing tips that led to the arrest.

Police say 27-year old Jason Lewis of St. Peters died after being hit by Tamarris Buckner's SUV. He was then hit by three more cars, and one of those also left the scene.

Buckner has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident, causing death.
