
KANSAS CITY – An arson investigation is underway after a fire at a Kansas City Tesla dealership.
Police say an officer spotted a Cybertruck on fire at the dealership on State Line Road shortly before midnight Monday. It spread to a second Cybertruck before firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze.
According to KMBC 9 News, police suspect the fire was intentionally set.
Tesla has been a target for demonstrations and vandalism with CEO Elon Musk assisting the Trump administration in slashing federal jobs and programs.
