ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - St. Louis city police say a person trying to stop two car burglary suspects shot and killed one of them after was a gun was pulled on him.

The other person got away.

It happened around five Saturday morning in the 3800 block of Tesson. That's in south city, near Interstate 55 and Grant's Trail.

Homicide detectives are investigating.
