KANSAS CITY - Starting Monday, a disaster assistance center for tornado survivors will open in Midtown at Chaifetz Arena #1 South Compton on the campus of SLU.
The City of St. Louis, in partnership with the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency and St. Louis University serve as a central space for tornado-affected residents to connect with agencies offering guidance, resources, and assistance related to recovery and long-term support.
The Disaster Assistance Center will be inside Chaifetz Arena, the hours are form 10:00 in the morning until 7:00 in the evening Monday through Thursday, June 12th, then Monday June 16th through Wednesday the 18th. And again Monday, June 23rd through Thursday June 26th.
