Clayton, Mo. (KMOX) - A Florissant man faces charges relating to Friday's fatal wrong-way crash on a flyover ramp in St. Louis County.

County police say prosecutors charged 22-year-old Terrell Jackson with two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of second-degree assault, and one count of aggravated fleeing and eluding police, which resulted in death.

Jackson's jailed on $1 million bond.

Police say Jackson was driving an Audi that crashed head-on into a St. Louis City police squad car, killing his two passengers and injuring two officers.

An investigation revealed 21-year-old Donavan Harris of St. Louis and 23-year-old Anthony Doss of Black Jack got into Jackson's car after two previous vehicles were abandoned to elude a traffic stop.

Both men died in the wreckage.

The injured St. Louis city police officers are said to be recovering well, with their broken bones on the mend.
