KANSAS CITY - The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating after a fatal crash in Cowley County. It happened around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday a little over a mile north of the Arkansas City roundabout on U.S. 77.
According to the KBI a northbound vehicle crossed the center line and collided with a southbound vehicle. Other than to note that there was at least one fatality in the crash, no other details have been made available.
