KANSAS CITY - The man who was found dead at the base of a radio tower in Pittsburg has been identified.
The body of Tokumatsu Platt, 27, was found Wednesday morning and transported to Kansas City for an autopsy, which is still pending.
Pittsburg police say the Initial investigation did not reveal any suspicion of foul play.
