KANSAS CITY - An elderly Kansas woman has been missing for over two years, and police are hopeful the public can help locate her.
Carolyn Delap, age 70 of Wichita, was last seen by her family in December 2022. She is 5', 3" tall, weighs 200 lbs, and has blue eyes.
Police say they have been actively investigating her disappearance and are asking for the public’s help in locating her.
