KANSAS CITY – A Leavenworth man accused of posing as a Walmart security officer and raping a woman in a store.
Justin Metz, age 42, has been charged with rape, kidnapping and aggravated sexual battery.
Atchison police say the victim, a 32-year-old woman, told them that Metz approached her as she was leaving the Walmart store on March 9th and identified himself as an asset protection officer.
She says he escorted her to a bathroom in the back of the store and raped her.
This past Sunday, Atchison police were told that Metz was back at the store. They responded and found him inside and arrested him.
