KANSAS CITY - We all know THAT co-worker…the one that gets on your nerves all the time. But what is it, exactly, that gets under your skin?
A new study from Monster Work Watch asked that question to more than 1,000 office employees.
They found that most respondents really don’t care about how often you show up on time, with only 14 percent citing poor punctuality as the bane of their workplace existence.
The biggest issue? Coworkers who don’t clean up after themselves, with 88 percent of respondents demanding a cleaner workspace.
That’s followed by 81 percent of respondents who said they can’t stand coworkers who gossip; 78 percent who don’t like inappropriate language; and 77 percent who hate when coworkers don’t respond to messages or are perpetually late for meetings.
