KANSAS CITY - Kansas City has announced that it is distributing more than $70,000 to more than 30 small business owners who have been affected by break-ins and vandalism.
The Back to Business funds were made available in response to an increase in property crimes. The program was among the topics discussed by Mayor Quinton Lucas this morning on Kansas City's Morning News.
