KANSAS CITY - Wichita Public Schools, (WPS), is launching a Community Engagement Survey to gather input from families, staff, and the Wichita community.
The survey is designed to measure community awareness of various aspects of WPS, to understand public perceptions about school funding and facilities, and evaluate the effectiveness of district communication. Feedback will help guide decision-making as WPS works to align resources and strategies with the needs and expectations of its community.
“We continue to collect feedback from our community to shape the future of Wichita Public Schools,” said Superintendent Kelly Bielefeld. “The survey will be a powerful tool for better understanding how our community perceives our schools, how connected they feel to our district, and how deeply they trust us to educate the next generation of workers and leaders.”
The survey is available on the WPS website, www.usd259.org.
The survey window is open throughout the month of June. Survey results will be shared in the fall.
