Kansas City, MO – A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for a midweek snow storm that could blanket the KC Metro with 6-9 inches of snow.
The National Weather Service out of Pleasant Hill, MO says the snow should start late Tuesday night and go through Thursday morning. Most of the snow will fall during the day on Wednesday.
The National Weather Service issuing the advisory Monday, indicating a significant snow fall is part of an approaching storm system heading into the Midwest. The NWS warns the morning commute could be tricky on both Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
