In celebration of International Women’s Day, rising Alt Queen, Maggie Lindemann delivered her rendition of No Doubt’s “Just A Girl” and blew us all away.

Paired simply with an acoustic guitar, Lindemann’s vocals are striking and magnificent as she sings the lyrics once sung by Gwen Stefani, “Oh, I'm just a girl/ all pretty and petite/ So don't let me have any rights/ Oh, I've had it up to here.”
In a recent press statement, Lindemann explains, “I chose to do the ‘Just A Girl’ cover because I felt it was a really appropriate song lyrically for Women’s History Month and I grew up on Gwen Stefani. My mom loved No Doubt and would always play them, so it just felt right to cover it.”
Aside from giving us a powerful No Doubt cover, Maggie has been promoting her debut EP, PARANOIA, which arrived earlier in 2021. The “Knife Under My Pillow” singer is gearing up to deliver a livestream performance of the new songs from the iconic Los Angeles venue, The Roxy.
The live show will begin at 6PM PT/ 9PM ET, and additional streams of the show will be available in Asia, Australia, and Europe on April 10th.
Alongside a full band, Lindemann will take the stage at The Roxy to perform PARANOIA in its entirety.
“I’m so happy to be able to finally do a live show for my EP!! With everything going on right now, it’s been really frustrating to not be able to perform or tour the EP. I’ve really been missing the live aspect of what I do, so I’m so excited to be able to do this. We’ve been working for months on it and it’s so cool to see it come to life,” Maggie excitedly shared in a press statement.
