The singer, who has free range of the road, thanks to her driver’s license, took to her Instagram story to share that she ironically received a parking ticket. She wrote in her post, “Damn this driving s*** isn’t all fun and games.”

Rodrigo, who recently turned 18 has legally been able to drive since the age of 16, but this seems like the artist’s first encounter with a Los Angeles parking infraction. We hope the fee isn’t too high. Maybe she can make an appearance in traffic court and sing her smash hit and all will be forgiven?

Aside from taking on parking tickets, Rodrigo has been busy. At the beginning of the month, she dropped “déjà vu,” a continuation of the story she tells on “drivers license” with a more upbeat tempo and drive to Malibu and strawberry ice cream included.

However, most importantly Olivia’s debut album *O*R is arriving this May. Both “drivers license” and “déjà vu” are singles featured on the highly anticipated upcoming record.
