BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) - Tushy Portable Bidet will not get the naming rights to the Buffalo Bills stadium.
Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz said on Twitter that the company, which offered a $12.5 million bid to name the stadium, will not get the naming rights even if it's the highest offer.

"All names are subject to county and state approval and anything that embarrasses the community is dead on arrival," Poloncarz wrote on Twitter. "It's in the lease we negotiated."
The Bills and New Era Cap announced they are ending their naming rights agreement at the stadium. New Era announced the layoffs of a third of its Buffalo workforce last week. Last year, they also halted production at its Derby plant.
No word on other potential buyers of the stadium's name.
