Dez Bryant is back.

The Baltimore Ravens wide receiver returned to the active roster on Tuesday after missing two games while on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Bryant’s positive COVID-19 test garnered national attention when he was removed from pregame warmups prior to a Thursday Night Football game against his former team, the Dallas Cowboys, and produced a positive test.

Bryant was removed from the stadium and ineligible to play, taking his complaints to Twitter and even threatening to quit, before backtracking.

Despite Bryant’s positive test, the game continued as NFL officials determined there were no close contacts, although some questioned if that was the right call.

Bryant tweeted that his subsequent tests came back negative before he was added to the reserve list, which raised the issue of whether or not he may have produced a false positive.

Still, Bryant remained on the list and did not play in Monday night’s game against the Cleveland Browns.

Bryant was signed to the Ravens practice squad on Oct. 27 and a month later he was activated to the 53-man roster and played in his first game since 2017.

In three games this season, Bryant has four catches for 28 yards.
