Text the keyword as announced on-air to the station’s SMS phone number at 602-894-5653 an unlimited amount of times before 7:00pm (PT) on Friday, June 26, 2026. For the Arizona Diamondbacks KMLEgories on-air contest, listen to the station each weekday at approximately 8:30am (PT) starting on Monday, September 14, 2026 and ending on Friday, September 18, 2026 for the cue to call. At the time of the cue to call, callers number eight (8) and nine (9) at 602-894-5653 (each, a “Contestant”) will be selected to compete in the game “KMLEgories” for the chance of one (1) of the Contestants to win a prize. The on-air announcer will begin the game by announcing a “KMLEgory”, a specific determined category made up of similar items, people, things, or words that may also include certain unique qualifying factors (e.g. “Types of sandwiches beginning with the letter K”; “State names that contain the letter O”; “Names of musicals that are one word”; “Movies in which Brad Pitt has appeared”, etc”). After the “KMLEgory” has been announced, each Contestant, starting with the caller number 8 Contestant, will get the chance in back and forth turns to give an answer within three (3) seconds of an item, person, thing, or word that fits within the announced “KMLEgory”. If a Contestant cannot give an answer within three (3) seconds or the Station determines a Contestant’s answer does not fit the KMLEgory and is incorrect, that Contestant will be immediately disqualified and the remaining Contestant, subject to verification of eligibility (a, “Winner”), will receive four (4) tickets to the Arizona Diamondbacks game for the 25th Anniversary of the 2001 D-Backs Championship as they face the New York Yankees at Chase Field on Saturday, September 19, 2026, valued at $160 and courtesy of Arizona Diamondbacks. You may enter starting Monday, September 14, 2026 and ending Friday, September 18, 2026 by listening to the Station each day at approximately 6:00am (PT), 7:00am (PT), 8:00am (PT) and 9:00am (PT) for the cue to call. The designated caller, as announced at the time of the cue to call, to 602-894-5653 will get the opportunity to play 8 Man Jam Ticket Tag for the chance to win a prize (each, a “Contest Play”, and each eligible caller, a “Contestant”). Ticket Tag will begin with the Contestant clearly stating their first name and city. The Contestant will then have ten (10) seconds to state the correct first name and city of the winner from the immediately preceding Contest Play. (e.g. The Contestant for the Monday, September 14, 2026 Contest Play conducted at approximately 9:00am (PT) will need to state the correct first name and city of the winner of the Monday, September 14, 2026 Contest Play conducted at approximately 8:00am (PT). Contestants for Contest Plays conducted at the 6:00am (PT) Contest Play of each day will need to correctly state the first name and city of the winner of the Contest Play conducted at approximately 9:00am (PT) the day before. The Contestant will not be limited to one (1) answer and may continue to try to guess the correct name throughout the full ten (10) second period, but any answer given after the end of the ten (10) second window will not qualify as a correct answer. If the Contestant states the correct first name and city of the winner from the immediately preceding Contest Play within the ten (10) second window, then, upon verification of eligibility, such Contestant will be deemed a “Winner” and will receive one (1) “Qualifying Prize”: two (2) tickets to The Iconic Garage Party Pit for KMLE’s 8 Man Jam at The Pool at Talking Stick Resort on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, courtesy of KMLE-FM and will qualify to win the grand prize (as described below). If the Contestant does not state the correct first name and city of the Winner from the immediately preceding Contest Play, then the next caller in order will get the opportunity to be a Contestant and play 8 Man Jam Ticket Tag in the same manner as described above. This process will continue until a Winner is found. The Station will be the official timekeeper and the SOLE determiner of whether a Contestant’s answer is correct or not. This decision is not appealable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, due to the fact that there is no immediately preceding Winner prior to the first Contest Play, the first Contestant in the Monday, September 14, 2026 Contest Play conducted at approximately 6:00 a.m. (PT) will only be required to state their first name and city and, upon verification of eligibility, will be deemed a Winner. At approximately 9:30am (PT) on Friday, September 18, 2026 one (1) “Grand Prize Winner” will be randomly selected from among the up to twenty (20) verified Winners, and upon verification of eligibility, will receive the one (1) “Grand Prize” in this contest: two (2) tickets to The Iconic Garage Party Pit for KMLE’s 8 Man Jam at The Pool at Talking Stick Resort on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 and a Meet and Greet for two (2) with an available 8 Man Jam artist of their choice at a to be determined time on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Meet and Greet time and location is subject to artist availability. Any artist meet and greet is contingent upon the artist or artists appearing for such activity/event, which is beyond the Station's control. The Station is not responsible if a Grand Prize Winner and/or their guest are unable to meet such artist or participate in the associated activity with the artist if the artist determines this is not allowable for any reason or fails to appear/participate for any reason, including without limitation any illness, act of god, scheduling conflict or any other reason. At the time of the cue to call, callers number eight (8) and nine (9) at 602-894-5653 (each, a “Contestant”) will be selected to compete in the game “KMLEgories” for the chance of one (1) of the Contestants to win a prize. The on-air announcer will begin the game by announcing a “KMLEgory”, a specific determined category made up of similar items, people, things, or words that may also include certain unique qualifying factors (e.g. “Types of sandwiches beginning with the letter K”; “State names that contain the letter O”; “Names of musicals that are one word”; “Movies in which Brad Pitt has appeared”, etc”). After the “KMLEgory” has been announced, each Contestant, starting with the caller number 8 Contestant, will get the chance in back and forth turns to give an answer within three (3) seconds of an item, person, thing, or word that fits within the announced “KMLEgory”. If a Contestant cannot give an answer within three (3) seconds or the Station determines a Contestant’s answer does not fit the KMLEgory and is incorrect, that Contestant will be immediately disqualified and the remaining Contestant, subject to verification of eligibility (a, “Winner”), will receive two (2) tickets to Zach Bryan "With Heaven On Tour" with support from MJ Lenderman and Fey Fili at State Farm Stadium on September 5, 2026, valued at $160 and courtesy of Goldenvoice, One (1) 1-night stay at Gila River Resorts & Casinos: Vee Quiva on Saturday, September 5, 2026 (standard double occupancy), valued at $250, and courtesy of Gila River Resorts & Casinos; KMLE Ride (shuttle transportation) to and from the show, valued at $150 and courtesy of Gila River Resorts & Casinos. For the Gabe Knows Country on-air contest, listen to the station each weekday at approximately 7:30am (PT) starting on Monday, August 24, 2026 and ending on Thursday, September 3, 2026 for the cue to call. At the time of the cue to call, the eighth (8th) caller to 602-894-5653 will be given a chance to play the game “Gabe Knows Country” (each, a “Contestant). At the start of the game, Gabe will leave the studio, and different Station announcer will then ask the Contestant (5) trivia questions. The Contestant must correctly answer each question as quickly as they can. For each question, a timer will start as soon as the announcer has finished announcing the question and will stop as soon as the Contestant has given their answer. The Contestant will have up to five (5) seconds to give an answer for each question. The Contestant’s first answer to a question will be considered their official answer. If the Contestant does not give an answer within five (5) seconds, it will be considered an incorrect answer and the announcer will move on to the next question. The amount of time the Contestant takes to answer each question (in the aggregate) will be the Contestant’s official time. Once all (5) trivia questions have been asked and an answer attempted by The Contestant., Gabe will come back into the studio to be given a chance to correctly answer the same questions in the same manner. If Gabe fails to correctly answer more questions than the Contestant in less time than the Contestant (in the aggregate), then, upon verification of eligibility (a “Winner”), the Contestant will receive one (1) $100 company check courtesy of ProSkill Services (the, “Prize”). If Gabe is able to correctly answer more questions than the Contestant in less time than the Contestant, then the Contestant is not a Winner and will not receive any prize in this Contest. If Gabe and the Contestant both correctly answer the same number of questions in the same amount of time, the tie will be broken in favor of the Contestant, and the Contestant, upon verification of eligibility, will be a Winner. The Station will be the official timekeeper and will determine whether an answer is correct at its absolute sole judgement and discretion. This judgement cannot be appealed.
