
The Academy of Country music has revealed Ed Sheeran will join the star-studded list of performers at this week’s 58th annual ACM Awards hosted by Garth Brooks and Dolly Parton.

Country music will welcome Ed with open arms as he makes his ACM Awards debut during the show airing live from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. Fans can tune in exclusively on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch on Thursday, May 11 at 7PM ET / 6PM CT / 4PM PT.
“Who said the Brits don’t have a little bit of Country in them?” Ed said on a social media post announcing his performance. “I’m really excited to be at the Academy of Country Music Awards this week. This is the first time I’ve been performing on it and I am super pumped about it. I hope to see you there.”
Sheeran just released the critically-acclaimed studio album '-' (Subtract) and is in the midst of his '+ - = ÷ x' (Mathematics) World Tour. He also recently celebrated the release of s a 4-part docuseries Ed Sheeran: The Sum Of It All streaming now on Disney+.
Sheeran joins a long list of A-list performers set to take the stage during the show including Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, Jo Dee Messina, Jelly Roll, Cole Swindell, Keith Urban, Morgan Wallen, The War And Treaty, Lainey Wilson and Bailey Zimmerman. Dolly Parton is also set to premiere the lead single from her highly-anticipated Rock album.
