Effective July 10th, Governor Ducey is opting out of the federal $300/week supplement to unemployed workers, and instead offering a one-time bonus of $2,000 to eligible individuals who return to working full-time, while those who return part-time will receive $1,000.
ABC15 reports that those bonuses will come from $300 million in federal resources that the state has set aside.
"We are helping Arizonans get back to work," Governor Ducey posted on Twitter.
